CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
Please review the entire details of this Confirmed Reservation. Below you will find guidelines for your check in and/or connection when arriving in St. Maarten.
SPECIAL NOTES FOR PASSENGERS CONNECTING TO ANGUILLA AIR SERVICES IN ST. MAARTEN
On arrival to St. Maarten: Please proceed to the transfer information desk and the AAS Agent will assist you.  DO NOT GO TO IMMIGRATION.
Check in time for all AAS flights is one hour prior to departure.  All passengers‚ including children and infants must present their passport or acceptable official identity card and other travel document at check-in.  AAS does not provide flight connections or baggage transfer to other carriers.  It is a passengers responsibility when making a booking to allow adequate time for baggage collection and rechecking if connecting to another carrier. We recommend at least two hours prior to international connecting flights. Failure to appear for any flight without notifying AAS will result in cancellation of the remaining reservation. Changes made to reservations incur a US$50.00 change fee.
AAS allows one checked piece of luggage at 50lbs (23kg) and one carry-on at a maximum of 13lbs (6kg) per full revenue passenger‚  Each additional piece of standard size luggage will incur a charge of US$20.00.  Excess baggage‚ kennels‚ surfboards‚ golf bags‚ fishing poles etc are subject to additional charges and will be transported on space available basis only.  AAS assumes no liability or responsibility for any perishable‚ fragile or valuable articles or documents‚ whether they are checked with or without carrier’s knowledge.
AAS reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person who is not in compliance with applicable tariffs‚ company rules or regulations.  No modification of or amendment to this agreement nor any waiver of any rights under this agreement will be effective unless in writing signed by an Anguilla Air Services Officer.
Confirmed Reservations are Non-Refundable‚ but may be retained in a Credit Facility.  The credit can only be applied to bookings for passenger(s) it was created for.
